Craig Adey is an analyst on the UK equities team with responsibility for researching distributors, UK banks, gaming and non-life insurance companies. He is deputy portfolio manager of the Threadneedle UK Smaller Companies Fund and a number of institutional mandates. He previously worked in the client portfolio manager role for the desk and was responsible for providing clients, prospective clients and consultants with detailed information on the company's UK equity capabilities and investment views.

Craig holds a First Class Honours degree in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester. Craig holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and also the Investment Management Certificate.

Fiona Harris, Managing Director, is a US Equity Investment Specialist in J.P. Morgan Asset Management's US Equity Group. An employee since 1997, she is responsible for communicating investment strategy, portfolio information and results to non-US domiciled clients. Previously, Fiona was a client portfolio manager in the firm's New York office, where she provided support on the mid cap value strategy. She joined the firm as a marketing associate focusing on servicing the needs of clients in the U.K. and continental Europe. She had previously worked in the personal financial planning department of KPMG as a national marketing and communications associate. Fiona holds a B.S. in Marketing from GMIT in Ireland. She holds the Series 7 license.

Rory Stokes is a Portfolio Manager of European equities at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2015. Rory joined Henderson in 2013 as a European equity analyst. He worked for Liberum Capital Limited in small- and mid-cap equity sales from 2007 and prior to that held several roles at Credit Suisse. He began his career at HOLT Value Associates as a research analyst in 2001.

Rory graduated with a degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is FCA registered. He has 19 years of financial industry experience.

Thomas Hanson is Head of High Yield in the Kames Fixed Income team and Head of European High Yield for Aegon Asset Management. He joined us in 2019 from Janus Henderson Investors, where he was manager of a number of high yield bond funds. Before that, Thomas worked for Aerion and Lazard Asset Management in a variety of analysis and portfolio management roles. He has a BA (Joint Hons) in French and Management Studies from the University of Reading. Thomas has 19 years’ industry experience and is a CFA charterholder.

Steven Andrew joined M&G in 2005 as a member of the portfolio strategy & risk team, before moving to the Multi Asset team, where he helped to formulate asset allocation strategies for M&G's multi-asset fund range. In November 2010, Steven was appointed manager of the M&G Episode Income Fund. Three years later, he became manager of the M&G Income Allocation Fund upon its launch. Steven began his career at the Bank of England in 1987 and subsequently worked at F&C Asset Management and Merrill Lynch before joining M&G. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in financial economics from the University of London.
